Directions for Use

Take one capsule three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 

May be taken prior to conception but do not continue to take during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

I started using product because I suffer with pcos and my periods are irregular due to it. I didn't want to take Provera I wanted something natural so I started cycle and skin, and I was only using this for 2 weeks and a period started without warning, normally I would suffer bad back pain and pain in my tummy but no warning signs, I was so surprised and so very happy I got a period naturally that I cried. this stuff is AMAZING, I swear by these tablets, I will continue them every day until I get pregnant...
